A-GAME SOCCER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to A-Game Soccer. By registering a player, participating in any of our training programs, or accessing our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, organized, and professional experience for all parties involved.

1. Services Provided

A-Game Soccer provides group training sessions designed to improve individual technical skills. Training occurs at both A-Game-operated and rented facilities. All training is conducted by independent contractor coaches who follow our proprietary methodology.

2. Registration & Payment

• Payments are made via Shopify.
  
  

• All player registrations must be completed on TeamSnap after payment.
  
  

• Training spots are secured only upon payment and registration completion.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the event of:

• A verifiable injury preventing participation.
  
  

• Inability to attend and make up sessions, even when offered available
  alternatives.
  
  

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and may require supporting documentation.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Make-Up Sessions

• Players may request to reschedule a session, subject to availability.
  
  

• Make-up sessions are permitted only if space allows and must be coordinated through A-Game staff.
  
  

• A-Game reserves the right to reschedule or consolidate sessions due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Scheduling & Attendance

• Training days are fixed after Evaluation Week.
  
  

• Each training group is capped at 24 players to ensure quality.
  
  

• Players are strongly encouraged to confirm attendance before each session via our communication platforms.

6. Player Conduct

All players are expected to:

• Arrive on time, dressed appropriately.
  
  

• Treat coaches, teammates, and opponents with respect.
  
  

• Follow all training instructions and safety protocols.
  
  

Failure to meet conduct expectations may result in removal from sessions or programs without refund.

7. Parent Expectations

While we do not currently enforce a formal parent conduct policy, we expect respectful communication and cooperation with A-Game staff at all times. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program.

8. Waiver & Release of Liability

All participants must sign a waiver and release of liability before attending any session. This waiver acknowledges that soccer is a physical sport and accepts the risks involved.

A-Game Soccer maintains liability insurance, but participants agree to hold harmless A-Game Soccer, its staff, and affiliates for any injuries sustained during training.

9. Intellectual Property

All training materials, session structures, drills, and methodologies used at A-Game Soccer are the exclusive property of A-Game LLC.

Participants, coaches, and third parties may not replicate, record, teach, or redistribute A-Game’s proprietary training approach, drills, visual systems, or curriculum without written permission.

Violation of this section will be pursued to the fullest extent under intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

10. Privacy & Communication

We collect personal information (e.g., age, skill level, emergency contacts) solely for training placement and safety.

By enrolling, families consent to receive communication via email, SMS, and TeamSnap regarding schedules, attendance, and program updates.

We do not sell or share personal data with outside parties for marketing purposes.

11. Modifications to Terms

A-Game Soccer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
